Product return policy:
- Product return within 14 days from the date of purchase only, when the product is new and in its original packaging, the product has not been used, along with proof of purchase, only at the business.
- A refund will only be given if the product cost is over 100 NIS, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product cost or NIS 100 - whichever is the lower, in the case of a product exchange, there will be no cancellation fee charged.
- When canceling credit card transactions - there may be an additional cancellation fee for a clearing fee of up to 2.5% additional to the above cancellation fee.
- There is no right of return on: a product bought from a display/surplus, products that were not assembled by the company, products that were assembled at the consumer's home, products that were cut or padded by special order.
- The customer must inspect the goods to his satisfaction, the claim: "This is how I received it" will not be accepted.
Product exchange policy:
- A product will be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, when the product is new and in its original packaging, provided that it is not damaged and that it has not been used in any way, accompanied by a confirmation of exchange or a purchase invoice, at the business only.
- There is no right of exchange for: a product bought from a display/surplus, products that were not assembled by the company, products that were assembled at the consumer's home, products that were cut or padded by special order.

1. Unsatisfying product.
In case the purchaser no longer wants one or more of the products ordered, the purchaser can return it/them in within 14 calendar days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition and complete to enable them to be re-marketed as new.
Returned items must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice to optimize processing and must be shipped to our shop address :

Only items returned in their original state will be accepted and refunded.
The payment card or the bank account that you used to pay for the order will be refunded, within 14 days of the date, we receive the package.
Shipping costs are not refunded, in case the return reason is due to an unsatisfying product.
2. Faulty item or an error on our part.
The purchaser has to contact us by e-mail at linaparfums2024@gmail.com or by calling +972523640999 to jointly determine whether the purchaser wants a new item or a refund.
If required, faulty items must be shipped to our shop address, and must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice for further investigation once the shipping method is discussed. If it is proven that the item's condition is faulty, we will proceed with a refund with coverage of shipping costs. The amount of shipping costs and the refund will be transferred with the refund, within 14 days of the date we receive the package.
Bank commissions and fees are not refunded.
